An old Irish version of the Cinderella fairytale has the Cinderella character eaten by a whale.

did it feature a glass kipper?

    or a fairy codmother?

I think that was the pilot episode.

The flag that American astronauts planted on the moon in 1969 was originally bought for $5.50.

Yeah, but the post and packing was $1 trillion..

And it's just a white flag now due to the solar rays.

I bet it was made in China.

Apparently WGT have employed science fiction writers to give lectures to their research and development teams for inspiration..

I hope there are some cautionary tales in there .

And why not. Just look at the innovation shows like Star Trek have inspired over the years. They just need people creative enough to ask "What if?" and engineers who will say "Lets try"

    Interesting.

Word of the day: KNICKKNACKATORY — a repository or collection of knick knacks.

    "eBay" is shorter.

Does nobody notice that this is a word with four silent K's?
