Due to the rain delay, I was unable to finish my round. I was going for the most realistic round, not the lowest.

It would be nice to know how many people actually tried to qualify for this tourney. Maybe WGT can provide us this info.

I am especially proud of everyone who made the cut. I did not break any records or come in first, but to shoot a 70 and move on to the next round is an incredible feeling. As stated above, think of the number of golfers that tried to be in the top 165 and if you were among the survivors, consider yourselves the Best for this tournament. As you could see on the real US Open, it is a difficult coarse that not only drains you physically, but mentally as well. We may not have walked BPB, but we certainly used all of our wits to overcome it and move on. To all of us that moved on, great job and continued success with future endeavors within WGT.

I was playing so well...E through 7, hitting all my meters, tapping in pars.

Then had a catastrophic 8th hole, taking 3 shots out of deep rough...I feel like the game mighta been glitching, cuz the ball wouldn't advance.

Was so ridiculously furious at that point, that I played like a hack the rest of the round and put up a 76.

I played 3 practice rounds last night (71, 70, 72) and felt totally prepared to put up a decent round...practiced so hard over the last couple weeks. It is cool to know that only 60 players in the world put up a better qualifying score than me, but I couldn't possibly be more dissappointed right now.

i feel ya, lysti. Its one of those depends how you got there. If I had hit poorly and hit a few bombs or a chip or something and stole a 75 id be really happy. but I had some chances, I missed a few putts. I didnt read the extra speed well enough. It doesnt matter now but I really coulda shot a 70 today and more than any meter skip or game issue, I didnt hit putts.

Shaun don't sell yourself short. Of the 234 names posted by Alex you were one of them,and remember, that's of the tens (hundreds?) of thousands of players on WGT ! Although you didn't place at the top, you were able to give yourself the chance to try.

Thank you for your congratulations, it was a huge challenge to play that course at par, which I only managed twice. And thank WGT for the St. Andrew's course which we will all enjoy playing many rounds to come.

funny, i didnt feel like the best of the best the way I pulled putts in the final round. I was alot more pissed before too when I thought id be close. Even if I had drilled everything i didnt I wouldnt be leading. You guys are GOOD
