  At my wits end. Lately, every time I click the play now button I get the pop up window like the game is loading and then nothing. Blank white screen. Really getting annoying! I have followed the suggestions for optimizing for the game and still no success.

  Hi Bimmer,

  Please make sure you've performed the steps below.

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here, click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
  • Make sure that the proper exception has been made for your pop-up blocker (instructions here)

  If you've done all of that and it's still not working then you may need to try an uninstall/reinstall of Flash.  To do that you'll need to follow the steps below.

  • To uninstall the Flash player, follow the instructions here
  • Restart your browser and install the latest Flash player here

  Please let us know if this helped.  If this doesn't work I'd recommend trying to play in a different browser until we can get you sorted out.
