So I just read something about the USGA and WGT bonding a partnership.  So this means for the US Open this summer we will be getting Oakmont as another course and I also saw Pebble Beach as another possible course to?

That's what it appears!  Oakmont is the site of the 2010 Women's U.S. Open and it almost sounds like there will be a Pebble CTTH comp based on classic shots through the ages?  Pretty sure they're not doing Pebble tee to green though :(

That would be fantastic.  People think putting on St Andrews it tough.  Wait till they see Oakmont.  High premium on sticking approaches there.

FYI... the Women's U.S. Open is scheduled for July 5th-11th this year.... here's hoping that it'll be conducted very similar to last year, meaning June could be a very good month for WGT!!!

BPB showed up in May last year. Maybe, just maybe, the skill level of WGTs staff, after a year at it, has improved to the point that the courses will come flying at us! Throw in some USGA $ and who knows.........
