I want to address the fairway bunkers. There needs to be a 360 degree view implemented to get out of the fairway pot bunkers. There is no way to hit behind the avatar. It will turn around and hit sideways, but it isn't an accurate shot at all plus it don't work to get the ball out.

Anyone else experience this pot bunker issue? I've used every wedge combination along with hitting punch, flop, and full swings. I did manage to get it out on the seventh shot with a 64 degree wedge, full swing, and the ball landed on the top edge of the bunker.

With a 360 degree view, we can turn around and flop the ball out. This will give a somewhat fair advantage when playing in a match play game, otherwise if you go in a pot bunker, up against the wall, it's game over guaranteed every time. Your looking at up to five shots or more to get out. Not hardly realistic.

I hope you give this some thought WGT.

    Hey Richard,

It's not the most optimal solution right now, but you can hit ZOOM and switch to one of the other camera angles (particular the Reverse Green view).  You should be able to aim behind you without a problem.

Even if you can't see behind you, you can still aim your shot backwards by sitting your aimer 2 yds directly behind your avatar.  You'll know you're facing backwards because the avatar will rotate to face you.  Even if the aimer says "2 yards" and you hit a full shot, it'll go way past the two yards.  The aimer just helps you to see the line.

    Hope that helps. =)

Thanks WGTniv, that does help. The best way is to stay out of the pot bunkers altogether. lol

I know it's not a priority at this moment and time, but do you think WGT will take the 360 degree view into consideration in the future? I'd like to see it put in the "player suggestions list" in the FAQ's.

    Thanks again.

I don't know enough about the technical side of the game itself to comment on whether that's a viable option or not, but I will send along the suggestion.
