  i just bought 3 balls and on the fist game i used them i lost one in water. The game supplied me with a free ball to continue the game. After that i cannot have access to my other 2 new balls. why?

  The game would have provided one of your other bought balls (not a free one) to finish the round with, leaving one new ball spare. The one in the water is gone for good.
