I've paid for and registered for the Jerry Lewis Stoke play tournament.  But it keeps saying that I'm not eligible to play in this tournament?

(Actually all three of the current Stroke play tournaments won't let me play???)  I've got no problems playing in all the skills games... but I want to play in the games I've already paid for.)

I too appear as ineligble when I've paid for this thing!  Also, it says "Stroke play" yet I can only play "Skills"  this is highly unfair.  I want to joing the tournament as "Stroke"!

I also appear as ineligible for stroke play on W41 and WGT .....FREE!  It says I have to register but yet gives me no recourse to register.  Why should I have to register when the play if "free"?  This too is unfair.

You offer all of this stuff yet you deny the player.  Why is that?

OK... this is getting a little frustrating.

I've PAID the money to enter/register for the stroke play tournament.  But I'm not ALLOWED to actually play the game.  Either refund me my money or allow me to play the game.

I responded to your email two days ago and still haven't heard anything back from support.  Since it seems like I'm not going to be able to play in the tournament, can I get my registration money back?

I had a long email discussion with WGT admin about this.  For paid tourney's, you can get in...Skills.

For FREE tourneys, you can play ONLY ONCE!  You get one round to post to the leaderboard at that's IT!

I complained and said it should be at LEAST 4 rounds for a tournament just like the pros and was told 4 rounds was in the works so I guess we'll have to be patient.

Yeah... that's all fine and good.... except for the fact that some of us PAID the money to enter the STROKE tournament... and now we are unable to play.  They really need to fix this or give us all back our money.

The bad part about this is that the longer they keep those of us who paid money in the dark about the situation the more bad press is going to happen.  For those of us who are early adopters, you want us as your advocates getting new customers coming to your website, but if we are shut out after we pay money, you'll just piss off your early adopters.

Yes sir!  I also checked.  I paid 2,000 credits for "The Jerry Lewis Open".  I paid an additional 1,000 credits for "The Jerry Lewis Sweepstakes".

So why can't I play stroke play ?  I paid my 2,000 credits.  I agree with you!

Unless there's something I'm missing that WGT didn't mention...which has happened more than once.
