How long do we have to wait for WGT to improve the game even one degree? Why won't WGT give us answers on why the game continues to be flawed, with no fixes in sight? Does anyone know what it will take to bring this game out of beta? How long do the people at WGT need to wait for proper fixes in the game? Can anyone answer these questions? Does anyone seek answers like I do?

There's a million questions and not one answer. Someone at WGT should give their customers some answers on the games issues. The frustration for me has moved from the games flaws, to WGT keeping unanswered questions from everyone.

What will it take to get WGT to answer questions?

I love this game and will continue to play, but the mounting silence WGT displays is getting reprehensible. I feel because I'm a viable paying customer, my argument here is justified. Please WGT, give us some answers.

I read an independent article from a link someone posted in these very forums that stated WGT has made millions of dollars in just a few short years, and that the future monetary projections for WGT look very bright. I've stated before, I'm all for a company making a profit even a big profit, but at what expense? WGT, your making it "seem" like all you want is the money and don't care about the product, or the people.

WGT, where is your frustration? Don't you want an even better product? Don't you want these problems with the game to go away? I hope you will start being more detailed oriented about the aspects of the game with the good people at WGT.

This is a means to seek answers, and that's it. No anger involved.

    Best wishes.

Richard - we do answer question and address the issues. What are you specifically referring to?  The meter and loading issues are being addressed and they affect each person differently. We will do what we can  and appreciate your patience.  Sorry for the growing pains.

please answer richards questions in the forum for all to see and restore our faith in this great game.

That's your response to almost a dozen viable questions? No growing pains admin. This isn't about poor mechanics on the swing meter. I laid out plenty of viable questions for WGT to give viable responses to. I guess I can ask until my fingers bleed with no results though. Doesn't WGT get tired of reading the same old posts week in and week out about a game that is flawed? Isn't that enough to do something about the games mishaps?

We in the WGT community should at least get a quarterly report of some kind spelling out the direction the companies heading and what not. This would be an opportunity for WGT to answer a lot of questions the people may have. Everyone who asks, or seeks answers from WGT get the same old song and dance like Chip said, and you proved it here today.

The game has so much potential admin. Doesn't WGT want to see the game come out of beta? What will it take? Here is some homework for you admin. These are simple questions that can be answered in a simple way for the people. If answering these questions is above your pay grade, then someone at WGT can give us an answer of some kind.

Your right Chip. This is NOT an attempt to beat up on the WGT administration. Please everyone who reply's to this post, keep your responses civil. This is an attempt to find answers about a whole host of issues at WGT once and for all.

WGT, the people are speaking out. Will you answer back?

    Kind Regards

    Hello iconian,

Like I said in my posts, this isn't about a flawed swing meter. or a lack of courses. This is an attempt to find answers why the game continues to go on in this format day in and day out.

Remember the old saying "If it isn't broke, don't fix it" I believe this is the thinking at WGT. If a flawed game is making money, why fix it. Some may agree with this reasoning, I cannot.

Keep in mind iconian, I'm approaching this matter in the most civil manner I can. I want to help the people find answers and/or a reasoning why WGT is leaving this game in beta.

    Play well.

Please don't take offense Richard, but the best results I have gotten from interacting with WGT Administration is to e-mail them at---> members@worldgolftour.com

I have had questions and have only gotten answers.I hope they treat you with the same kindness and respect that they have shown me.

    Merry Christmas,Larry

Richard Its not the time my friend. Its Christmas. Lets all chill, let WGT chill over the holidays then hope they sort some issues and communication. I feel your pain, i agree with you, many do. The game is getting there, they do listen to us. Merry Christmas Richard and WGT Community and Staff. Lets all play some golf and then address some issues from January the 1st.

Richard - This is the best post for what the future holds

    upcoming features

To add a bit of color, there will be more courses in 2010 and they will come out at a faster pace with extra hole locations.  Also we are working on fixing the technical issues regarding the meter and loading, which are our highest priority.  You will see improvements over the next several releases.  We are also reviewing the data from the beta on basic ball striking dynamics and will keep you updated.

    Thanks for your patience.

Agreed admin. I understand. My outlook must be broader than the substance. I was looking for answers in a  constructive dialogue about the flaws in a beta game.

It is my hope I didn't offend anyone. This was not my intention, and was only seeking an answer to beta issues.

Thanks WGTadmin2 for your patience on this matter.

    Kind Regards
