Yes, because few people in this game know who I am.

    *ahem*  Carry on then.

Let's say there is a 200 credit bet (100 per player) and for whatever reason (let's say lag), both players agree to drop the match.

Is the 10% fee still charged for agreeing to drop?

No fee will be taken if both players agree to drop.

Nivlac from what i read in the FAQs no the 10% fee will not be charged if both players agree to drop.  I like the idea that you can challange other players for credits but as other people mentioned alot of people wont play or cant play because of were they live or the fact you have to put up 100 credits to even play. I would like to see the minimum be lowered some because i think most people have less then 100 credits in there accounts at most times. I think you would have more people play it  but thats just my thought,

Since it is easy to change location in your profile can I assume that residence is by where your IP address is? Thankfully I live in an accepted state.

Lobwedge has a point.  I don't see why the minimum amount couldn't be lowered to 10 credits per player.  Perhaps WGT could waive the fee on wagers that are less than $1 total (10 to 50 credits from each player) much like Pokerstars does not charge a rake for pots less than $1.

So are we back to players just sitting in the cue? That's what I'm watching right now.

Maybe they wouldn't be sitting there if WGT allowed "odds" :)

By this, I mean if someone felt so "confident" in their ability to win an offered bet of 100 credits that they felt inclined to offer, let's say, 2-1 odds equaling 200 credits to the "not-so-confident" player in the event this "more frugal" player wins... I think things would heat-up in that queue and fewer would be just sitting there. ;)
