  Has anyone tried this game on the new Flash 10.1 Beta (either players or WGT)?

   

  Though it seems more geared for web based video playback, I was curious to see if WGT works on it, and if CPU loads are reduced with this new beta.

  Yes, it works on WGT and it seems to be better. But will I know as I continue to play. Will report back later.

  Thanks for the information on the release of Adobe Flash 10.1 beta.  I was able to find some additional information.  Definitely looks promising.

   

  

  Apologize for the crop, on the last column.  The only thing missing is the percentage sign.

  Important: All users should uninstall any currently installed Flash Player before installing the latest prerelease.

  Cpu utilization with the beta version of Adobe Flash 10.1.

   

  These results are quick and dirty with reflections and background loading turned off.

  Note, waited 15 seconds before making a shot, it does make a difference.

  On the Tee:    2%

  Fairway:          5%

  Green:           30%

  Those numbers look promising, but I don't know what your numbers were previous to the update so there's no baseline with which to compare (I knew I should've brought it up in the first post, d'oh!).   What kind of CPU and how much RAM are you running with?

  After a few quick test runs myself it seems that my numbers aren't very different from what I've reported in the past, however the meter did seem to be less stuttery.

  Infinito is right about the wait 15 seconds bit.  That does make a difference everywhere but on the green for me.  I'm still maxed out on the green.

  Previous results with reflections turned on and with the previous adobe flash.

   

  On the Tee:    7%

  Fairway:          17%

  Green:           57%

   

  I have a 3.0 Ghz dual core Intel CPU running with 2 gigabytes of RAM

  Wow, nice improvement in numbers compared to the old Flash player.
