To Whom It May Concern:
I enjoy your game greatly. However, until you solve the lag problems (not as often as a month ago) 100% the golf balls we purchase should be allowed to be in play longer. I do not plan on buying anymore until the lag is completely eliminated.
I do not mind purchasing items from your store to help keep this site online and increase the enjoyment of the game. However with this said, in my humble opinion i feel we are being unfairly charged, i.e.,the balls only being in play four games (if i'm correct on the amount of games).
I feel these purchased balls should stay in the players equipment bag until they are lost by the player. I've lost balls due to the lag problem and frankly i've almost quit playing entirely because of this. It upsets me greatly. WGT is hands down the best golf game out there....this keeps me playing.
I ask you now to change your policies on this matter and i will continue to be a happy customer. I wouldn't care if you raised the price to adjust to allowing the balls to stay in play until the player loses the ball themselves, verses the ball be taken out of play because time has run out. I've been playing real golf and use balls over and over and i've never had a ball walk away on it's own. lol.
