  Hi Don - I contacted them both ways,  No response from them yet as of 6:20 PM EST Tuesday night Jan 14.

  That's unusual. Typically, they would have responded by now. If you don't hear by tomorrow, you might want to consider posting to one of the moderator's wall.

  Agreed. But in another thread, someone reported that they had got their credits reimbursed on Sunday. 
  
  By Tuesday, WGT should have at least either responded to all the messages with some sort of statement that they're looking into it or posted a general statement on the discussion boards.

  Yes, usually I get a response of some kind pretty quickly

  You really shouldn't have to wait this long. I would post to WGTChampion's wall. He's really a good guy.

  WGT did finally correct this - I think on January 21 or January 22.  Just looked for the first time today (the 25th) - I had almost given up.
