hey all
Things going nice and smoothly so far.i wont bore you with whats going on in the groups as you all can see them, the big boys are starting to come to the top of the leader boards and I expect them to stay there now for the remainder of the group stages.
one match not completed this round which is a shame and it be a void match not a draw,with two weeks to get the game in no player deserves any points.
Group 4 is an interesting group as I am in it with the chickens. Five teams have a shout of going through so plenty of golf to play in that one yet.
One thing I have say is to the captains, I have to chase for the teams as in sending messages for the rounds, I know its hard with what the whole world is going through and I can be a little patient but you all know the timelines and two weeks is plenty to decide on your next team.i forgot is not an excuse as you have forums with the world cup in and you all have the dates for the rounds.
Also I have been asked to cut down the shot clock to 60 secs as some players are taking loads of time to play their shots, if both players agree they can have any time they want but some players like to chill out and think about their shot,25 secs for a 1.5ft putt is a bit long though as I have heard one player do,
I say if its 90 then so be it im in no rush and it gives more time to have a chat and vape,evening time I will chill with a can of beer and make a night of it lol,its just a bit of fun not a rush to get it done, patience players is a virtue remember that.

31st March – 14th April
18 Holes Stableford
Wolf Creek
This course is made for scoring points but hit the rough or get on the wrong side of the green and it will affect your scores. Lots of downhill and uphill elevation shots can make the difference, I wouldn’t fancy walking this course it would be a mission lol.
Scoring
bogey = 1 point
par = 2 points
birdie = 3 points
eagle = 4 points
d/eagle = 5 point
You will probably need one player to score so pen and paper needed and post as you are playing the game so both player can agree on the scores.
Any player with a -2 by their name must deduct 2 points from their final score,
RULES
Each match will be played to a win, draw lose no sudden death 18 holes,
Each match will have a 2 week timeline to complete
Any players refusing to play will forfeit their match,
Any matches not completed on time will be looked at by me and dotty and a decision made on the result depending on evidence supplied,
Once a match been played the result will stand so it’s up to all players to check the opponents tier before start of play,
I would suggest a 90sec shot clock with maximum timeouts, there’s no panic to get the game played and have a chat in-between,
If both players agree they can have 60 or 45 that would be their choice,
No focus boosts will be allowed during matches. Use of this tool will lead to a disqualification
Any team members giving advice on any shots/putts to another player on any chat forum and found out, the player and the adviser will be disqualified from the rest of the comp.
Players please when posting results, I would like group number, teams and players please and a short post of the match,
Let’s keep the forum busy but no negative comments from anyone, if you have problem contact your captain first and they will contact the other captain, I don’t really want to be involved unless I have to.
