Seriously, try what alosso said - and do NOT create a second account!
That second account option is definitely viable, WGT laid out a way to do it. In the OP's case, his investment is minimal and he doesn't play a lot so closing his current account and opening another is OK as long as he doesn't compete until he reaches his previous level and lets WGT know. They do the closing.
I guess it boils down to how important the name is. :-|
