Ok,... here is a bug in this program. As stated I use 2 screens. 1 for gaming and the other for information. I decided to elimainate the extra screen and only use 1 and WAH LAH problem solved. However it should not be that restrictive. But now there is a place to start!!
Ok those who helped,... I don't know what happened between yesterday and today but all is fine even using 2 screens! Just need to get used to the layout.
However,...one of the posters was correct,... DO NOT US full screen if you want the ruler etc.
This is why I use an android emulator. You can drag the screen and make it any size you wish. All of the items in your tack bar are still readily available.
The problem though is that other than coin rooms, you can not play PC players. Hopefully this will get fixed in the future.
