    I'd take that path as a second step - only the web contact provides for a unique service number to refer to.

    You gotta stop pushing that link, alosso, it doesn't get the response members@worldgolftour does. WGT is great at responding to that, no breath holding involved.

    That doesn’t work either, tried 3 times to verify my account to that address and nothing! 
    There are either busy or arrogant, I prefer the latter!

    The Customer Support links has worked for me every time.  Always resolved the issue.

    If I have a issue with this game I use TROUBLESHOOTING to the other right side. >>>>>.
    Once there click on the highlighted green "online forum".
    Always works for me but it does take a couple days to hear back but at least I hear back.

    I agree with yankeeJim,always works for me likeYJ said no breathe holding. Usually relative ly quick response.gl!
