I suspect you got there with idiots playing easy custom courses followed by easy regular courses over and over again ... essentially exploiting the old loophole that has since been closed.
I'll be happy when my club gets to level 20 the proper way.
Not trying to be a jerk here, unlike some, but will your club get an asterick, or a badge of some sort, by getting there using a different route? Or will you even get to that level? I guess that some will be asking the themselves the same question, about some idiots? Might even ask themselves who the true idiots were? Anyways congrats to those who made it, and those trying the other way, luck to u also.
