  When I chose skins or match play games I do not get a challenge option to play for credits only scored or practice. Any ideas?

  First guess: Gambling laws. Check if fellow Aussies can play those games.

  I'm from Melbourne and get two options for skins, Practice and Challenge and 3 options for Match play, Practice, Scored, Challenge.
