    Hello, 

    I just turned level 20 and i want to start a country club. 

    But when i try i get an error saying "player tier is not valid" 

    Can anyone help me?

    Was possible to create one later.

    Of course Level and Tier are two different things but the FAQ says you should be able to create one at your Amateur Tier - if you have 50 credits.
