  I'm trying to buy a Titleist TS3 Driver, 5495 credits. With 20% off it should be around 4500. I have 5060 and it's telling me I need to putt(pun intended) more money in to buy it!

  True!

  You must have the full amount available to buy it, but (hopefully) they will only charge the reduced price.

  Yep I missed the level 80 part too, so I spent more than I had planned, 

  so what is up with it only being Level 80 and below??

  higher level players have most of the top gear going

  WGT trying for a new market to aim at i:e lower level players
