Hi. I run a club for mobile players. The "ranks and permissions" under owner tools on the WGT app don't work properly, I don't use them. I use a browser on a PC to take care of duties like those.
Same thing with accepting new members when they send a request to join our club. Those requests only appear when logged in to a flash enabled browser. When I can't get on a PC I use Puffin browser on my phone. Flash works on there but it's a pain in the butt, I prefer using a PC.
