You get this award after playing the first hole every time you set up a custom course round .
Pretty useless really .
Never noticed if you get any xp's or awards .
On second thoughts maybe you do .
Just checked and I have 740 water boy awards .
Sorry I have to go - need to pee with all this water going around .
No XP's awarded, but did get another Gold Water Boy - got a long way to go to reach 740 LOL.
