  Hi, 

  I’m unable to play at the moment via my iPad!

  The game will load and I can navigate around, but when I pick a coin game, I get matched, the game starts, then as soon as it’s my go, this unknown error appears and it won’t clear, resulting in me getting timed out!

  Can anyone help?

  i had this problem i was playing on an old iPad about 6 years old 

  then i updated iPads and all the problems stopped hope this helps cheers Darryl

  They're talking about the mobile version.

  A WGT app needs to be installed if you wanna play on your smartphone or tablet.

  Can you play any other type game?  I have an old iPad and played stroke play - 3 random holes on Kiawah last night - and it worked fine.

  Best idea is to send a message to customer support.
