Does any one know if there is a way to send credits to a friend?
PayPal or a Visa gift card and the like.
If it's a special case, a short note to members@worldgolftour.com could possibly get your desired results.
If the desire is to send WGT credits to a friend, I don't think there is any way to do that although the WGT folks might arrange it for you.
