  It is all on you. There are multiple threads on how to fix the chattering problem as you call it. And installing the browser extension AdBlock or AdBlock plus will get rid of the ads.

  so.......what is the game saying?

  Is it the annoying commentators constantly talking as you play?....sounds off cures that.

  Is it the wife nagging to do the dishes or put out the trash?.....probably not as that would be nagging,

  Or is the game stuttering? .......If so. as mentioned, read the ton of other threads.....

  As for ads......use ad block........what ads?
