This has been known, but kept quiet. Not a good idea to post it publicly.
It would be great if you'd delete/x-out that one word. If not, hopefully Champ will take this thread down.
I went to take it down and WGT did it for me, Thanks for bringing that to my attention
Clearly the first order of business to protect our club members is teach them how change password.....I did this step by step with screenshots to help those technically challenged ..
we currently have had 3 accounts wiped out of equipment and credits...I’m expecting more

Stupid question time.
Why would any app maker assign the same pw to all new folk?
Random alpha-numeric generators are not that tough to do.
Then, on top of that, not have an in app method of changing the initial pw?
Will wonders never cease?
It's not just a mobile problem anymore, one of our PC players accounts has now been hit.
No further hacks here...but WGT has not reinstated nor returned one of my players hacked clubs etc....he is so very frustrated as am I at their inability to fix this for him...
im going to lose some good players and club members at this rate...
