    I sent customer service an email about the sweater (as well as a small credits issue). They took care of both. I have my ugly sweater and my credits back.

    So, just contact CS. I've always found them to be responsive and terrific. Of course, at this time of year, it can take a day or two for them respond. And that's understandable.

    I got mine, too,  Maybe I'll wear it NEXT Christmas.  Too late now to be seen in that thing, lol, this year!

    CS also got back with me and issued the sweater.  It was after I received it I discovered it has "performance boosts" for hybrid club, which I don't carry.  So, I put back on my other ugly shirt which if I play on the mobile platform has a little extra club performance for those clubs I do have in my bag.  

    Can still appreciate the effort and timeliness of WGT to respond after sending them a message.
