Not only that, it steals your coins and doesn't award the win if you have won. I have had 1 mil coins stolen in the last 24 hours and I want them back.

Try Customer Service. Posting here will not accomplish anything.

After the last app update this happens to me all the time in H2H games.

If WGT support read this I'm a android 6.0.1 user.

it's almost 2 weeks now since this thread started. i assume they won't answer, don't care, won;t do anything, won't acknowledge a problem etc. etc.

why have a bug log section of the forum if you don't care about bugs.

The bug is still ongoing. I lost both sponsorship item points & silver coins. :-(

Glad I don't play mobile. It was hard enough getting the media bar fixed

Just came to report this. Happened on all 3 games in my sponsorship 1/2 hour. Bad enough that disconnects steal your reward and time but now a regular game?! What garbage!!

Again it happened twice a couple of days ago and now it seems like it occurs every single time you play a H2H match. I've simply stopped playing H2H since then although I had to play some in order to help my club during the Turf War.

I reported all three to CS team but all I'm hearing is "Our development team is working around the clock to help provide an optimal experience for our users". No actions taken so far... Well, actually I think they even deducted my silver coins instead of adding for the refund of the first bug issue as they are down from 8.5K to 8.0K now. LOL I really don't understand what these guys are doing. :-/

It's not like I care much about silver coins and sponsorship apparel points, but this is just not right!

EDIT :

I came to realize that WGT Member Services refunded my silver coins. (not sure if anything has been done for sponsorship apparel points, but I could care less.)
