  Forgetting "averages" or "score to par" in the case of a tournament, the random winds do not make it equal for all. Yes real golf conditions change, but this hole instantly becomes a par at best hole with a headwind.

  I have never make it to the green without a tailwind, and have only had 2 birdies, one a decent longish putt, the other holing out my approach - for a 3 lol.

  Well, not all holes are birdie holes. On that hole, I'm extremely happy with par.

  I played with a friend one day. When we got to that hole, she typed, "well, here's the Par 7."
