Thats your wgt credit award for reaching the PRO tier from ameature... they have just added this feature..when you change tiers you get some award...

The $100 is part of the new update. You earn money for advancing in tiers. You earned $100 for advancing to Pro.
The earnings part is a known bug. You are supposed to get 100 credits for advancing into the Pro Tier, but you're only supposed to receive $1 in career earnings, not $100. Someone just put a decimal in the wrong place.
