I use Action Recorder, it's not free but you can download it and use it for 30 days on a trial. It's a one time fee of $30 I believe after the trial if you like it. I have tried OBS, Xsplit and several other streaming softwares and I have found Action to be the least impactful on my meter.

Still trying to figure out the best way for recording (in terms of meter motion..). So, it would be wiser for me, not to stream live but to upload the video the day after.

I have just one option if i want to keep my aero enabled...using the software that Young46 suggested and recording in AVI format. While you record in AVI, the data streaming enters the container almost in raw form. That's why the game play is flawless. On the other hand, 10 minutes of recording need something like 500 MB. If our game lasts about an hour +, then i 'll have to reencode the entire 3+ GB video in order to upload it.
