  The August International Tournament is set up that way; BPB (par 70), red tees with virtually no wind.

   

  Those scores do count.

Sounds like the same kind of person who cheats a real golf and has not come to understand the only person that they are cheating is themselves. What is the point in playing if it has no reflection on your actual skills. There is also no joy from self improvment. IMO. Happy hitting....see you on the course
