  Ran into the Mihi issue last night.  One suggestion for those of you who are as frustrated as I am.  If you see someone waiting in the Mihi foursome, initiate a chat on the tee box, then invite them to be a friend and start up a game on your own.  Worked for me and had a good time playing with someone new (Marioh).

  Only thing I can think of is when there are 4 players but the host only sees 3 and isn't able to start the game.

  Sometimes theres a spill over of code from toggling the mouse cursor over the screen so you need to clear the cache which might fix this problem.
