  The Game is always detecting a Pop up Blocker (Mozilla / Mac) when the Site is loading. But the Blocker is disabeled,

  I was wondering if you had any suggestions as to a pop up blocker message that I get when I log on to your site to play golf.  I have my pop up blocker off and still get this message which ultimately states that with it on it may interfere with my game.  My game renders well in certain areas e.g. loading screen etc but lately I have experienced that my game will freeze up completely and I have to exit out in order to continue or the golfer will not shoot at all. 

   

  Also, my wife tried to create a player so that we could try playing together.  She created a player name and password but now it is telling her that the password is invalid.  The player name is woodtick3.  Can you send her a new p/w to her e-mail address so that she is able to play and not sign in as a guest

  Hi bigfish, how many times has your game frozen up and at what point in the game? Also, has your wife tried to use the "Forgot Password" link in the login box?

  ok it does at least 3or4 times a round and getting worse.i have no idea why except for your pop up. was working great b4 that.as for the wife she can change here pw but i cant is it because i use vista and she has xp.1 other note she has 512 ram and i have 4gigs and she was running faster them me tonight.im up for a game if you would like to test it that way any advice would be greatful

   bigfish, I am guessing that you and your wife are sharing a broadband connection. I have no idea if that is contributing to some of your issues. I have multiple computers with a wireless network. I haven't as yet run two of them on WGT. I will do this today to see if it has any effect on my speed or anything else for that matter.

  All of my PCs are XPsp3, IE8 beta, and flash 10. Currently I experience very few problems so I should be able to tell if sharing a connection has any effect on game performance.

  If you aren't sharing a connection then I don't suppose this will help you in any way. But it will be a good comparison test regardless. I hope it will help.

  We looked at the issue and found that the pop-up blocker message is shown erroneously to some users. We are working on a fix, so thanks for reporting this.
