Would be useful to always have a grid top view when planning an approach shot so you can decide where you want to leave it for the putt you want. ie: Rather have a 10 ft straight uphill than a 5 foot L ro R break
You can reveal the grid if you just click/hold on the aim marker. It doesn't stay visible during your shot but the grid doesn't determine where the ball will lie. That is up to the golfer and his or her skill.
