Can you please look at my latest reply - i was playing the final round of the Open, i hit to the left hand fairway, as you can see from view number 2, it bounces then dissapears - i was then given Out of Bounds - as far as im aware only down the righ on St Andrews 14 is out of bounds, certainly not the left hand fairway.

Sorry Paul, that shot rolled into the adjacent fairway. It is OB over there. Andyson did a nice job illustrating it here    http://wgt.com/forums/p/12459/86921.aspx#86921

But that fairway is part of the 14th hole - it shouldn't be out of bounds.

Here's a map of the hole

There's no doubt you're correct. WGTNiv explained it this way in that thread.......

" We are limited in terms of how far beyond the hole's minimap we can realistically go, so there is a cutoff once you venture away from the hole you are actually playing."

What I find worse is not knowing just how far left you can go and there isn't a decent camera view to help.  :-(

Yes YJ, i have since found this thread, pity i hadn't spotted it before - maybe they should have put a warning or something on the tee.
