Forget percentages, Just wallop everything ,:)

Lol. What a fine master of the wallop you have become, another foxy 59 in the latest RG.

play an 1/8th break and just smack the crap out of the ball.  I hate these greens.  I have played BPB in real life from open to close which is only about 6 months of the year and they are never "VERY SLOW", they play around fast to very fast depending on the time of year.  I too would much prefer "TOURNEY" greens.  Those are at least fun.  Nothing like putting a 27ft putt, with 5ft of speed to watch it take 45 seconds to get to the hole.

i hate to divulge my secrets...but extra slow greens require 25% more

    so, if it's a 20' putt 4" downhill, figure it needs to go 16 ft. (20 - 4) then do 16*1.25% = 20' strength.

    try it ;)

Playing 'very slow' RG tonight, which I can't recall ever hearing of such a green speed.  Found this old thread.... 2nd hole I have a 5 foot putt, downhill 3 inches (Kiawah- just behind the hole)... I hit it 5 feet and it comes up short... off to a flying start!
