    HI

    iCANNOT PLAY MATCHPLAY WITH A GROUP BECAUSE MY SCREEN IS FREEZING AND IM TIMED OUT LOSING WHEN IVE PLAYED A SHOT AND NOTHING MOVES.

    NOBODY WILL PLAY WITH ME IN A MOMENT OUT OF EXASPERA

    PLEASE INVESTIGATE AND REMEDY ASAP TXS GOOD SITE

    Hi Trek,

    A good first place to start is to clear your caches.  Click that link and follow the instructions in that post.  That'll clean out any old game and course files and the next time you play you'll be able to re-cache all the proper game files.  Often times when those cached files are out of date, corrupted or fragmented it can cause loading issues with the game.  Clearing it out is basically like starting fresh and tends to resolve many errors.  It's a good idea to clean your caches after each product update.  We just released a product update two nights ago, so if you haven't cleared your cache yet now is as good a time as any. =)

    After you clear your caches your first game may a bit slower to load then usual while your PC re-caches all the necessary files, but after that you should be good to go.

    Keep in mind that clearing your caches will reset your in game options.  So if you have any preferences for flagstick animations, graphics quality or reflections then you'll want to reset those before you tee off for your first round.
