When the Pebble Beach hosted the US Open two years ago, the USGA and WGT were able to feature a "greatest historical shots" 18-hole challenge. Unfortunately, that challenge had a limited duration in accordance with USGA's relationship with Pebble.
Does that mean WGT will never feature Pebble Beach again or in the future? That is all TBD as we would absolutely love to feature Pebble. However, at the present time we cannot release that challenge until WGT/USGA is granted approval from Pebble Beach.
You do raise a good point about the lack of messaging & that is definitely something we should improve given it "appears" to be available.
